- What can I say about this pedal other than - SUPERB!
Italian made (no longer in production) Distortion pedal with 3 controls - Level Tone Gain.
Solid Metal build - Lift-up top face(rear hinged) for Battery access.
A DS-20 replaced this model but never seen/heard one. Neither currently produced.
PROEL make quality Studio/Lighting/Sound gear - Good Points: BUT - this Pedal is *NOT* about Distortion! It is a magnificent clean boost/transparent drive/EQ pedal that does magical things:
* Adds Clarity to dark sounding amps/or other FX
* Adds articulation to your tone * Removes fuzziness from cheap gear * Removes 50 Mhz cycle hum!
Batteries last ages.

Oh and if you want to get that MICK RONSON/BOWIE/ZIGGY Les Paul Marshall tone - turn up the Gain and level-out the tone and plug in with your Les Paul into a Fender Super Reverb amp (of all things)!! - Bad Points: Is no longer made... :o(
