I was given the newer version of this which is the same as any you would get from your music shop today and I am extremely disapointed at what I can get out of it. It is good for use as a noise machine in the high settings but I just can't get enough out of it. I have never had much luck with phasers but I hate to say it, this is the only one out of my 5 EHX pedals that I wont use live.
Good Points: Strong. True bypass? Noticeable sound.
Bad Points: It's either all the way to crazy or not much else.
