First, if you find someone who can score you the IC from the XP300 Space Station you're in luck, as you can find the other XP models much cheaper and just swap out the IC for the Space Station. I really like the Whammy-Wah, tho it's completely different from the other Digitech Wahs -- it's super-digital, good for demonic howls and *great* in a feedback loop -- put it next to a synth wah and you can get streams of harsh digital gibberish. The actual wah settings are pretty weak, and it definitely won't replace your regular wah pedal, but the pitch shifters are where the action is. It's also incredibly useful for digital synths, such as the Yamaha DX series -- a TX7, a mini controller, one of these and a ODB3 make for a nice compact synth rig. You can also use it as a regular volume pedal, which is kinda useful. Not stereo out -- you get one effect and one regular output. If you can find one cheap and you're not opposed to digital it's defiitely worth a look.
Good Points: Not terribly expensive used, excellent grubby pitch-shifting, handy expression pedal, a few other useful settings.
Bad Points: Crappy wah, not stereo, no cv out (what can I say, I'm convinced all expression pedals should either output cv or midi)
