  • Wowza! A really nice pedal with a lot to offer. Does the standard delay stuff, pitch shifts quite nicely and definitely has an analog type sound to it, despite being a digital pedal. It especially works well with some junk metal or percussive sounds, i like to loop a small chunk of percussion and pitch it down so it sounds like someone pounding on 80 foot oil drums. Takes a bit to get used to how the hold function works, and how to do sound on sound, but after you learn it's a breeze. Super solid too, like a big digital brick!
  • Good Points: fairly nonexpensive. good quantity of delay styles, that nice analog sound. pitch shifting.
  • Bad Points: those kooky digitech 1/8" adapters sockets.
  • Price Paid: US$55.00

  • I picked up 2 of these at the same time. Mainly due to the price. You can't really extend the delay time on these as much as the 8000 or the 20/20. You can however open it up and mess with the 4 trim pots though. You can extend the delay a little bit. To about 3 seconds, the longer you go the more lo- fi it gets. The infinite repeat on these things is great. The right pedal is on/off delay effect. Then the left one catches whatever is going on and just infinitely loops it. Sound on sound is hard as you have to un-engage/re-engage infinite hold quickly to get that to work. The infinite lets you do fractions of a second or a full 2 second loop. Hands down my favorite feature on these things is the when you change the delay time knob on anything held in the infinite repeat it pitch shifts it. So you can record something shorter and pitch it down an octave or three for some seriously low sounds. There is also a sampler/trigger mode on here. It's actually fairly useful, but a bit hard to configure on the fly. It works by simply playing a sample once every time you hit the right pad. There clunky and fun. Does not really compare to the 8000 or 20/20 which can be tweaked to have almost 20 second of hold/delay after you adjust the pots inside.

  • I only got this for the infinite reapeat, which I love. The delay itself is pretty standard, early digital means it has analog character. If u too want infinite repeats, i recommend a dod delay fx 9, 91 or 94
  • Good Points: Infinite reapeats. Easy to use. Solid
  • Bad Points: Rare, so therefore expensive. Kills batteries. Sampler section very impractical. Has volume issues when used with other fx
