Crank Plug Ugly 2
The improved Crank Plug Ugly 2 looks looks as ugly as sin but is just perfect for connecting whatever length cable you need to the 1/4 inch female jack to pickup sounds from just about anything! The pickup element and the jack on the PU2 run closer to the same plane making for better affixing to an object than the original Plug Ugly. Made with high quality parts and is constructed to be very sturdy.

- best contact mic i've ever used! the piezo element is larger than standard contact mics i've seen. already been using it along with the Crank In A Box as the exclusive sound generators in my setup.
- Good Points: + amazingly durable for a contact mic + glue stuff looks neat + wide variety of tonal possibilites with an EQ pedal/mixer
- Bad Points: - the only bad point is that all other contact mics aren't built this well.
