- Looks weird. See the coil, that's the volume control. There's an ON switch near the O of probe and at the front a knob that affects sensitivity of the coil. Foot on coil = silence, closer to coil means its similar to a volume pedal reducing the "volume" easy
- Good Points: allows the stop/start stuff really easily. Unlike a volume pedal that sweeps through the range the probe can go from normal volume to none in no time at all. Really handy.
- Bad Points: You gotta watch the probe coil does get twisted too much and stops working. Z Vex makes cool paint jobs - they can just chip easy.
