User Reviews of the Tech 21 SansAmp Bass Driver DI

Very good as a DI box, plus amp simulation. The XLR out is also very helpful.
Good Points: The "parallel out" can be used as a secondary input, so I can run both sides of my Chapman Stick with this one unit. Setting the "blend" to 100% Dry acts as a very nice active DI box. Setting "blend" to 100% Amp is great for rounding off the highs of a fuzz box run straight to the board, for either guitar or bass.
Bad Points: The amp simulation doesn't have as much drive as I'd like, though it still does add some good strong grit.
