Rocktron Hex Volume/Expression Pedal

i bought two of these.. they are great in that they're heavy/solid and smooth, but on both of them they have begun to 'fall'. that is, they return to the down position when i take my foot off..

this is of course a defect, but i can't tell if i like it or not. maybe if it just one of them did it..
