  • bad news - i've had two of the UK (PA-9UK) version of this - both have packed up after a couple of months. the first one i had gave me a nasty electric shock as it died. once they start humming - stand well clear, and buy a visual sound 1-spot !
  • Good Points: worked OK for a few months.
  • Bad Points: got noisy, stopped working, gave me an electric shock when i unplugged it. avoid like the plague !!!

  • Not to sound too informercially, but this supply will pay for itself in notime. It's the perfect powerful, clean, quiet power supply, it'll work with pretty much anything, and if you build your own pedals you can save yourself all sorts of voltage convertor headaches (this alone makes it worth the price for me). Yeah, the daisy chain could be a little longer, but I've never really had a problem with it.
  • Good Points: Excellent clean well-built power source at a great price with solid customer service.
  • Bad Points: None. One of the few real must-haves.
  • Price Paid: US$39.00

  • Definitely a necessity for anyone who deosn't want to have to run their pedals/oscillators/assorted nonsense off a whole bunch of random power supplies...which is what I was doing before I got this. This baby pretty much covers the whole range of power sockets as well, even those annoying DOD-style power supplies.
  • Good Points: Unbelieveably useful Handles strange power sockets up to 15 pedals at once! No power hum
  • Bad Points: None at all.
  • Price Paid: US$79.00

  • If you make noise you need this. Period. This pedal can power up to 20 different 9v devices. You can get adapters for devices that use batteries, adapters to reverse polarity, etc. Any 9v device can work with it. I can't imagine living without it. Godlyke offers a limited lifetime warranty.
  • Good Points: Small. Quiet. Cheap. Ultra flexible.
  • Bad Points: None.

  • ok i finally got one of these as a gift. best thing i have gotten in a while for my setup. this thing is light small and powers all my pedals without a problem. no probles with any of the pedals and i just put away about five pounds worth of wallwarts.
  • Good Points: alot lighter than all the 9volt batteries that are currently in your pedals. and you'll have alot more space to plug in other stuff on you power strip/outlet.
  • Bad Points: um the links in the daisy chain should be a little longer.

  • Freakin' invaluable for anyone with pedals. Takes up no room, and can power tons of pedals at once. No more battery-switching or worrying about pedals dying mid-performance.
  • Good Points: Small footprint, easy to use, powers virtually any kind of pedal you can think of, as long as it's 9v.
  • Bad Points: Mine's been a little quirky with some of the old Dod 1/8" plugs, but it just takes a little tweaking to get it to work.

  • Spit+Smudge recommended this unit to me. I swear to god, it was the best advice ever. I'm going to buy myself another one as soon as I can
  • Good Points: takes up a fuckload less space than 5 wall warts do. no irritating line noise or having to figure out which wall wart goes to what. has a crapload of adaptors to fit whatever pedal you need it for
  • Bad Points: my only complaint is that I wish the cable was longer in between the daisy chain points

  • Ok. Pure and simple. If you don't own one, you are either one who owns one and notices the great use of this wonderful device or you are one still shuffling between good batteries and bad batteries attempting to figure out which battery still has juice. The Godlyke Power-All is PRICELESS.
  • Good Points: Ok, being that I am good with electronics (if you know what I mean), I figured out how to build a power supply just like the godlyke using a radio shack 9v walmart after seeing Xome's webpage a long time ago. Simple enough? WRONGO. What I didn't realize is that those walmarts aren't built to prevent noise funneling through the power supply so if you hooked up your old trusty Fender Blender relic while using it, it would HUM like crazy! And that wasn't a good thing. Needless to say the Power-All gives you the ability to power up all your old effects pedals (provided they run on 9v) HUM FREE. Whether it's an old Fender Blender from the 70s, that zvex pedal that doesn't have a 9v barrel adapter, or whatever, you are in like. Godlyke Power-All does it and then some. Another great thing is, you get so MANY different connectors. New DOD/Boss adapter are already on the chain, reverse polarity adapters, even the old 1/8" plug that old DOD uses and a few for some Line 6 pedals.
  • Bad Points: Hell, I wish they'd give you enough chains in a pack to power up to the 20 pedal mark they advertise. Other than that, nothing.
