  • picked this up cheap, and i'm glad i did. the range is o.k. to begin with, but i opened it up, messed with the trim pots, and now it's much better sounding. put a death metal after it and bam! good for bringing out certain frequencies or doing quick shifts. it's not as big as a normal wah, which is good, since most wahs take up a shitload of space. nice pedal, i dig it.
  • Good Points: trim pots to adjust range. fucking heavy as hell, i doubt anyone could break this thing. cheap! doesn't take up too much space
  • Bad Points: range is sort of limited to start with.

  • First, I am not going to repeat everything that everyone has already said. But what the others failed to find is 2 little TRIM POTS!!! Oh Ya!.. On the front of the pedal there are two little holes, behind them there are 2 trim pots. I beleave 1 is for Low Pass Filter, and the other is for High Pass Filter. Once you tweek these good you sound will rock (there are also 2 led's hinden inside?) I think I am going to unsolder the trims and mount 2 mini pots on the case!... Killer...
  • Good Points: Can adjust your sound, built to last, and looks cool as hell...
  • Bad Points: Wierd old DOD adapter, and volume function sucks...

  • I love this wah pedal, I've had this pedal for probably 7+ years now back when I played guitar regularly. I hated this pedal then, the wah was NOTHING compared to the crybabys (like the previous poster mentioned) so I gave up on it until I started making noise with this puppy. The wah is subtle but with the right effects chain it and proved to be very useful. Slap it all the way forward, bound to get some nice feedback effects, pull back down, nice rumbling in your tummy. I love this pedal.
  • Good Points: The range can be useful provided you have it in your effects chain correctly, otherwise it'll add little to nothing to your signal.
  • Bad Points: Misplaced in the chain will only cause it to take up space. Generally by placing a distortion (preferably a corrosion) in front of it solves that problem.

  • This sounds very strange! It sounds like no other wah so if you want to avoid the crybaby sound try this out. However I didn't like it, it's not very vocal and it's quite subtle so often gets lost before a distortion. The volume pedal is OK, bit noisy. The switch is at the back (not the front) of the pedal and is very easily switched on/off accidently when it's being used. It;s very sensitive and it drove me mad. No wah pots to wear out either. Very strange, unlike any wah around.
  • Good Points: Very unique sound, some love it, but some people prefer crybabys. Try it first. No wah pots to wear out Very reliable (it's like a brick).
  • Bad Points: Again - strange sound try it first. Annoying switch.
