a dozen years I've used this as my primary delay on stage work. Solid, Reliable, and fun. I especially love in in conjunction with the boss harmonist.
Good Points: fairly good doorstop, can be abused.
Bad Points: 2 batteries cost more than one.

I've owned the Boss DM-2 and 3, the Ibanez AD-9, and the DOD 585. The 585 has the best sounding organic delays of all of them. The self-oscilation is incredible as well, if not a little hard to control. If you want self-oscilations that sound like Flying Saucer Attack get the DM-3, if you want self-oscilations that sound like a flying saucer landing get the 585 for half the price.
Good Points: Warm, clear analog delay. Incredible self-oscilations. Cheaper than most analog delays.
Bad Points: 18 volt power supply. Self-oscilations can be hard to control.

Realy short delays, Very Big, Hard To find, 18v (2 8v batteries), very expensive to buy and to fix... Not to usefull for noise at all...
Good Points: looks cool...
Bad Points: read review... also uses 1/4" power jack??!!???!!!??..
