I had discovered this in my dad's suitcase for effects he used as a progressive/psychedelic rocker in the 70s. This pedal opened me up and others as well to experimental noise. I have never known this pedal to work without a slight 8k tone holding and hanging in the background. It came and went but the real value of this pedal was its standard analog delay tripped out side effect which is A. degenerative delay after 20 to 30 delays causing electronic noise and B. turning the repeat knob pitches the shift of the original tone that comes to the pedal creating an epic amount of psychedelic noise side effects from an already ingenious 70s design of a delay masterpiece in my humble opinion. So what do I do for the obligitory constant slight screach at 8k? turn down 8 k on the equalizer and its gone. Who uses 8k anyway? Harmonica players? harmonix players? you can work around it if you get that problem. This pedal is a delay factory and if you pick this up you won't regret it. I imagine it was at least 150 to 200 dollars in the 70s they don't make this anymore so I think that makes it worth even more
Good Points: beautiful delay guru pedal with many options, and beautiful controllable ferocious noise
Bad Points: if you use it for the noise factor it can get quite loud, I recommend using it with a compressor, and if needed possibly a good eq
