takes any pedal/pedals that you own and feeds them back into themselves. simple. create synth-ey drones with fuzz and distortion pedals, high-pitched squealing with reverb and delays, resonant warbling with vibrato/chorus, huge sweeps with eqs/ wahs and so on.
Good Points: solid construction. highly customizable. (i added to mine an internal fuzzy boost, photoeye, fine tune knob) you can't go wrong with a feedback pedal...
Bad Points: way too expensive...easier to just diy. took a long time to get to me.

Probably the single most essential pedal for anyone into making impressive amounts of noise. It's like feeding any pedals you put into its effects loop back on themselves. You can get some monophonic synth type sounds with one of these and little more than a fuzz pedal.
Good Points: Essential for the truly insane.
Bad Points: Have Oliver put the volume limiter in yours! I didn't, and mine can hurt... really bad.

This pedal is insane. You can get infinite sounds from it, by simply turning the knobs on the pedal itself, or the pedals in the feedback loop. Even the slightest change can bring about a whole new sound. Ptich-shifting pedals create odd swirling effects, which sometimes just collapse into screeching feedback. Flangers, Phasers, and Chorus all sound like power tools gone awry. Distortions can give you many different effects, from synthlike textures, to random octave jumps, to strange drum-loop like patterns. And, if you like to blast searing, painful feedback for hours on end, you can do that too. Be warned though, this pedal does create EXTREMELY loud sounds, and i suppose would easily destroy your speakers at extreme volumes. So, i don't know how this thing would operate in a live situation. But , as far as at home or in the studio goes, this thing is gold.
Good Points: Sturdy construction, infinite sounds, lives up to its name
Bad Points: sort of costly for a feedback loop, can damage your speakers if used at really high volumes

Basically it's a pedal that takes an existing pedal chain and reroutes it back into itself with the ability to blend said chain. Has a bypass switch so you can turn it off as well. Knew someone that had one, was interested, took a 'looksee' inside and was baffled at how simple it was. I will admit on the other hand, it does help create some pretty cool sounds such as digital delays feedbacking into itself, or creating some synth pad sounds using distortions. It has some shining moments but you really have to actually play around to get some sounds you like, not to mention using this live won't be too controllable either. For those *cough*guitar*cough* freaks out there, this with a distortion really sounds nice. Especially those noise freakout band groups would dig using it.
Good Points: Only one output but then again it already has FOUR jacks on it already.
Bad Points: Way too expensive for what it does. You can build one for cheaper.

Wow I thought when I first heard of this. Wow I thought when it arrived at my home. Wow I thought when I plugged it in. And then I plugged it in, reconnected it, changed everything in my pedal setup lots and lots of times. Sure I got some nice highpitched squeels and stuff but it is really unpredictable and sometimes I need to have some harsh noise from it while recording and then it just sputters and squeels. It could have been usefull to me if it was more predictable but I want control over my noise and with this I get none. It usually ends up in a drawer.
Good Points: Can create cool sounds. Sturdy. Nice to look at.
Bad Points: Unpredictable. Only one knob.

This is one mashed up Pedal,it will take the signal from any pedal you care to put through it and warp it beyond recognition.It can create an amazing variety of effects,from atari lasers to walls of brutal harsh noise!reccomended for anyone who worships at the altar of noise and isn't too fussed about having any control over the noise,a work of noisetastic genius!
Good Points: Huge range of effects,breathes fresh life(death?) into old pedals,well built

I'm generally not too fond of boxes with less than four controls (nevermind one knob) but this pedal is awesome and great for the hardcore sound manipulator/noise artist. This is for improv, not always-recallable preset sounds. It can be delightfully chaotic, depending on what you feed into it... I've gotten everything from sparse Atari bleeps and analog synth waves to digitized fuzz spasms to complete walls of noise.
Good Points: sheet metal construction. the refreshingly new concept dedicated to noise-makers. wide range of sound attainable from that one knob. incredibly low battery consumption (never needs to be changed??). unpredictability. the name of this pedal's manufacturer.
Bad Points: MXR-like on/off switch creates those annoying "pops". just one knob? (maybe even an extra "warp" knob or something, but I'm just being my insatiable self)

I love this thing, but i hate it aswell....it is never consistant, when i find an awesome sound its nearly impossible to duplicate a sound once you find one...i guess thats just the nature of the beast. I use it with a Synth pedal for the best results...i can get sounds like fast breaking cars, whales calling, monkies sreeching and other video game type blips and beeps...just make sure you record it before a chgange in the earths atmosphere or a temperature dip makes you lose that sound
Good Points: very unique great for recording
Bad Points: not practical for playing live because of its unpredicability and hard to get the same cool sound twice

I can't get this thing to do shit. I've tried running a ton of pedal through it, but all I get is either harmonic squeal or nothing. If anybody's got a hint, please write me.

This pedal should be called the amp and speaker annihilator! Holy sxit! definitely have one hand on the volume control at all times. I love this pedal, I wish I had 10 of them! This thing will freak any pedal out. Seems to work best with modulation and distortion type pedals. It's obviously making the pedal feedback on itself in a harsh way. It will create subs and super sonics. It will throw the voice coil on your favorite speaker. That knocking sound is not someone at the door telling you there dog can't take anymore......or maybe it is?
Good Points: Breaths Death/life into boring pedals!
Bad Points: Volume will jump and blow your amp and your speakers, use a limiter or volume pedal. Makes it all too easy! The switch on mine is kind of flakey but works fine.
