This is merely alright, i don't have any basis for comparison but i think this gates waaayyy too harsh, if used with guitar the gate only works with the threshold at 1 or 2
Good Points: Does gating, but not so good for guitar, have yet to try it for anything else

A Noise Gate helps keep the signal quiet when you don't play. It sets a threshold where it filters out any sound.
Good Points: Can tidy up fuzz easily. You can get some cool settings if you set your volume right at the point the gate works.. you get these stuttering sounds.
Bad Points: It can kill sustain and on heavy gating goes "pop". My only complaint is I got two and they both gate completely differently. One is a really hard gate and the other is pretty soft. Anyway one work better before fuzz and the other after fuzz.
