  • I bought this, because it was a clone of the Boss FZ-2, if anything it exceeds the Boss in that it seems to allow more bass to pass through than the original Boss units I've tried. The secret weapon is the Boost mode, which is meatier than any of my overdrive pedals, in fact I'm planning to buy a second one, one for fuzz ,one for OD. I've used it on drum machines, bass, and didgeridoo so far. The drum track especially part of it on Fuzz 1, then kick it to Fuzz 2. Anyone who needs a really good fuzz or OD, should buy it, anyone who feels they are losing low-end on their current stomps.
  • Good Points: It sounds great Boost Mode surpasses my Boss, Danelectro and Tech21 OD's It can be had for under
  • Bad Points: It's a little cheaply built, I hate Behringers idea about battery replacement The Mode switch is starting to feel a little loose

  • WOOOHOOO super cheap fuzzy goodness!!! I was a little skeptical about buying yet another Behringer pedal......but they are so damn cheap. With this Fuzz it says you get three options fuzz 1 fuzz 2 and boost .The first fuzz is Behringer's take on a classic fuzz. The second fuzz is a little meatier adds quite a bit to the sound. Fuzz 1 and 2 you have total control over the levels but when you switch on the "boost" it kicks it up a notch but you can no longer play with the level. The Boost is just the pedal Maxxed out, full bore no fucking around. Which i find handy. The fuzz sounds are good, not the most amazing out there but for 32$ shipped to my door, new in package, I am more than happy. If you have a little more cash maybe get a Boss Fuzz or a Big Muff. For those of us on a budget this thing kicks ass. The treble and bass control give some flexability in sound shaping. When you turn the knobs down past the halfway point you start losing a lot of volume. I'm a wall guy so i just keep em' maxxed!!!! Ditto for the gain I actually didn't even try turning it down to be honest, I just leave it cranked. All in all if you are looking to add a fuzz pedal but don't have much $$$ this would be a wise investment.
  • Good Points: Fuzzy goodness Hippy orange color Cheap!!!! stupid cheap decent range of sounds BOOST!!!!
  • Bad Points: Plastic knobs and case, I have 4 Behringer pedals and so far the knobs and cases have stood the test of time.
